1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Since every piece is handcrafted, we take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship pan India through trusted courier partners.
3. Domestic Delivery
- Standard delivery: Typically takes 5-8 business days
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹60 shipping on orders below ₹499
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via Instagram DM or email. You can use this to track your shipment through the carrier's site.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, please contact us within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged. DM us on Instagram @artisian_touch with a photo and we will resolve it immediately.
